The Foundation and UiT work together to develop a forum for outstanding researchers recruited to UiT through grants from TFS Starting Grant, ERC Starting Grant or equivalent. It is desirable that the forum should contribute to the sharing of experience and professional community across professional boundaries, thus facilitating the establishment of a separate research group at UiT.
The goal of the forum is to help young research talent to develop their careers and enable them to seek and lead larger projects.
