Mandate:

• The Committee will assess all incoming applications alongside industry-specific external reviewers.
• The Committee will consider suggestions made to the board regarding potential projects for support.
• The Committee will appraise the ongoing progress of funded projects, resulting in regular reports made to the foundation’s board of directors.
