The seminar was organized over two days (21-22 September 2017) with approximately 120 participants. The seminar gathered both national and international leadership capacities as lecturers and participants from all health regions in Norway as well as participation from the other Nordic countries. Lars Vorland, Director of Health Nord RHF, opened the seminar and chairman of the University Hospital Nord-Norge HF, Jorhill Andreassen, greeted us on day 2. In addition to lectures, there were poster exhibitions from fellows. A total of 6 items were exhibited and all poster exhibitors were allowed to present their entries in the plenary. The national research school “Center for Digital Life Norway” contributed a travel scholarship to fellows who presented posts.
